Joshua Becker joined CU Investment Solutions in April 2010. Joshua provides trade ideas and order execution of securities for registered representatives of ISI’s Corporate Agent Program. In this role he works with investment staff and financial advisors on strategies using products including government agency, asset-backed, mortgage-backed and mortgage-derivative securities.
Joshua is also responsible for providing balance sheet modeling and risk reporting for corporate credit union clients including fair value reporting, net economic value (NEV) modeling, and net interest income (NII) forecasting in varying interest rate scenarios.
Prior to joining CU Investment Solutions Joshua worked on the trade settlement desk in the security safekeeping / custodial department at U.S. Central FCU facilitating trade settlements for both external corporate and natural person credit union clients as well as internal trading. In this role he was responsible for monitoring trade referral queues, pledging collateral to various counterparties, and preparing market valuation and investment surveillance reports.
Joshua received his Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri - Kansas City and his Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from Avila University.
Joshua maintains his FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations through CU Investment Solutions.
